Lead the combined insight and business partnership layer of OpEx. Own the translation of operational pain points into structured analysis, domain partnership, action planning, and measurable improvement across supported Operations streams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the demand translation process from Operations streams into analysis, issue framing, and structured action.
Manage and prioritize work across Operations Analytics and the Business Analyst partnership roles.
Ensure stream-level issues are properly diagnosed, framed, and routed to the right solution path.
Coordinate with Planning on prioritization and with OpEx Development on systems, tooling, and implementation support.
Ensure insight outputs are actionable and directly useful to supported business teams.
Build strong relationships with stream leaders and maintain trust in the OpEx support model.
Monitor the impact of improvements and escalate unresolved issues or structural gaps.
Maintain visibility on recurring issues, common pain points, and cross-stream improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in operational analytics, business operations, insight leadership, continuous improvement, or cross-functional enablement.
Strong experience in problem diagnosis, business partnering, and action tracking.
Ability to translate operational issues into clear analytical and execution paths.
Strong communication and prioritization capability across multiple stakeholders.
