Strategy Supervisor

At DigiExpress, we're looking for a Strategy Supervisor to help drive strategic planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business data, executive stakeholders, and strategic initiatives while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and insights.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the development and execution of company-wide strategies
• Lead and coordinate the OKR process, including tracking performance and alignment across teams
• Prepare executive and Board reports, presentations, and strategic reviews
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to generate actionable insights
• Monitor strategic projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
• Analyze business performance, profitability, and key financial indicators
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and similar platforms to enhance analysis, reporting, and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, E-commerce, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Performance Management, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Business Finance, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of OKRs, strategic planning, and performance management
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills
