Front-End Developer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Front-End Developer to join our growing technology team.

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, accessible, and responsive web applications that enhance educational delivery, operational efficiency, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and digital platforms.
• Build scalable and reusable front-end components.
• Translate UI/UX designs into engaging and functional user interfaces.
• Optimise websites and applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Integrate front-end solutions with APIs and back-end services.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders on digital projects.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Front-End Development.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with back-end systems.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience using Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Desirable Skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders, leadership teams, and international colleagues.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
• Understanding of web security and data protection principles.
