We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Commercial Department as the founding member of our Planning & Insight function.
Reporting directly to the Head of Planning & Insight, you will own the design and delivery of our commercial analytical capability — from performance dashboards to forecasting models to strategic insights.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in building structured thinking in a fast-moving fintech environment and is comfortable leveraging modern tools and AI to deliver results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain commercial KPI dashboards covering key financial and operational metrics across all business lines and segments
• Automate weekly and monthly reporting cycles
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all commercial reporting
 • Design self-service reporting capability for commercial stakeholders
• Build short-term target decomposition framework
• Develop and maintain long-term commercial planning models including annual plan and quarterly forecasts
• Model buyer and order requirements needed to achieve NMV targets
• Build scenario planning capability covering Base, Bull, and Bear cases
• Produce regular target achievement tracking and variance analysis
• Build and maintain core commercial forecasting models
• Integrate seasonality and market factors into forecasting models
• Deliver monthly forecast vs actual variance analysis with root cause commentary
• Deliver monthly commercial insight pack covering performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on merchant performance, buyer behavior, and pay type dynamics
• Respond to commercial team analytical requests in a timely manner
• Translate data into clear business recommendations for commercial leadership

Requirements:
 • 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, planning, or insight roles
 • Fintech or financial services background strongly preferred
 • Proven track record of building models and frameworks that were actually used in business decisions

Technical Skills:
• Advanced SQL (Oracle SQL preferred)
• Python for data analysis and automation
• Power BI or Tableau
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capability
Business Skills:
• Commercial planning and forecasting experience
