Position Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

Industry: FMCG (Cosmetics, Health, and Beauty)

Location: Tehran (Headquarters)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Analysis & Planning

·         Develop comprehensive sales growth reports and conduct performance analysis across various business lines.

·         Provide strategic advisory for sales target setting and pricing strategies.

·         Design and manage sales initiatives for product development and incentive plan structures.

·         Perform in-depth analysis of distribution network performance and provide actionable corrective recommendations.

2. Market Development & Engagement

·         Formulate initial proposals for new business ventures based on the group’s manufacturing capabilities.

·         Propose business development programs leveraging the capacities of holding-affiliated knowledge-based companies.

·         Lead and expand the export division focusing on international target markets.

·         Represent the company in the Association of Detergent, Hygienic, and Cosmetic Industries and maintain an active presence in specialized seminars.

·         Oversee Customer Relations (CR) processes and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

3. Special Projects & Systems Documentation

·         Execute ad-hoc and special projects as assigned by senior management.

·         Systematic Documentation: Responsible for documenting all actions, organizational knowledge, and analytical findings.

 
Requirements & Qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; Master’s degree (MBA/EMBA), Industrial Engineering, or Economics.

·         Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Strategic Planning, or Business Development (FMCG industry experience is a high priority).

·         Analytical Skills: Full proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel / BI) and sales modeling.

·         Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and professional networking skills; strong critical thinking and crisis management abilities.

·         Agility: High capacity for prioritization within dynamic and fast-paced environments.

·         Language: Full professional proficiency in English for business communications and technical research.
