

Role Overview
Shekofa is looking for a driven, commercially minded Brand Manager to lead the establishment and growth of a well-known major home appliances brand presence in the Iranian market. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: you will be at the forefront of launching a premium European home appliance brand in Iran — from building brand awareness from scratch to developing retail partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and shaping the consumer perception of the brand as the aspirational choice in the white goods segment.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a solid background in the FMCG or durable consumer goods sector, and understands the nuances of the Iranian consumer market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Entry
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand entry and growth strategy in Iran
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for the local market
• Apply the business guideline in the local market
• Build brand awareness through a phased ATL, BTL, and digital marketing plan
• Coordinate with the company’s international headquarters and regional teams to align on global brand guidelines
Product & Portfolio Management
• Manage product portfolio: product selection, prioritization, and lifecycle planning
• Coordinate new product launches, including go-to-market planning, trade communication, and consumer activation
• Work with the commercial team to define pricing strategy and product positioning vs. competitors
Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across TV, digital, in-store, and events
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, and PR firms
• Oversee content creation, social media presence, and influencer/KOL strategy
• Develop trade marketing tools and retailer co-op programs to drive sell-out
Sales & Retail Support
• Work closely with the sales team to develop retail activation plans and in-store brand presence
• Drive training programs for retail staff on the products, features, and brand story
• Monitor sell-in vs. sell-out data and recommend corrective actions when needed
Reporting & Performance
• Track and report on key brand KPIs: awareness, market share, sales performance, and ROI of marketing spend
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and market sizing exercises
• Prepare monthly brand performance reviews for the Board of Directors
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing
• Prior experience in the home appliances, consumer electronics, or durable goods sector is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching or growing a brand in the Iranian market
• Experience working with international brands or principals is highly preferred
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insight, and integrated marketing communications
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media analytics, and performance marketing tools
• Familiarity with sell-out data, retail dynamics, and channel management in Iran
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Professional command of English — for communication with international headquarters and regional teams
