Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. As a key executive member, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the company’s overall technology vision and strategy in line with business goals.
• Lead the design and evolution of the technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Make high-level infrastructure and architectural decisions, ensuring technical excellence, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee all engineering and technical delivery, from roadmap planning to execution.
• Ensure close collaboration across departments (Product, Business, Operations, Data, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives.
• Align technology strategy with product and engineering roadmaps.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Lead and mentor engineering leaders, fostering a strong engineering culture and best practices.
• Oversee data security, data management, and governance, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and applying them where they create business value.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, or Senior Tech Lead in a growing or complex organization.
• Strong background in software engineering, including hands-on knowledge of modern languages, frameworks, and development practices.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and scalable systems.
• Ability to connect technology decisions with business outcomes and growth strategy.
• Experience managing complex technical projects, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering results on time.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.
