PMO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor project management methodologies, processes, and standards at the organizational level to enhance integration and strengthen a project-oriented culture.
• Make strategic decisions regarding project prioritization, selection, approval, and the optimal allocation of financial and human resources to maximize business value and maintain a balanced project portfolio.
• Monitor and review periodic reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with project management principles and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Identify and assess major project risks and ensure the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation plans to prevent strategic and financial deviations.
• Lead, direct, and empower the team while planning and implementing initiatives to enhance employees’ technical and managerial capabilities and achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize operational and distribution processes through a project-oriented approach, while identifying opportunities to improve productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree with a focus on Project Management or an MBA is considered an advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in project management.
• 3–5 years of managerial and team leadership experience.
