Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.
  • Educate merchants on assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability best practices.
  • Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
  • Monitor merchants’ important metrics on a daily basis to provide them useful guide.
  • Ensure that partners can sell with SnappPay without any problem.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth merchant performance.
  • Increase GMV of all merchants.
  • Increase the order of merchants.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of the FMCG industry.
  • Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants.
  • Basic familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
  • Familiarity with Contract Structure.
