
Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate Agile / Scrum processes within product and engineering teams
Plan, track, and coordinate tasks, sprints, and priorities across teams
Organize and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings
Help teams clarify requirements, break down work into actionable tasks, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain continuous coordination between engineering, product, business teams, and other stakeholders
Identify execution bottlenecks and follow up to resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow
Support the CTO / Technical Lead with operational follow-ups, coordination, and execution management
Maintain and update project documentation and progress in project management tools
Contribute to improving team processes, increasing efficiency, and optimizing workflows
Prepare project status reports, task progress updates, and key performance metrics for management
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar positions
Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how product and engineering teams operate
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable tasks
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
High level of accountability, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prepare reports, documentation, and coordinate cross-team activities
