About the Team

Our Talent Acquisition team supports SnappPay’s rapid growth by helping different teams scale with the right people. We believe that speed, accuracy, and quality should go hand in hand throughout the recruitment process.

We work closely with hiring managers to create a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams. In this role, you will support the team in coordinating recruitment processes, following up on hiring steps, and helping us move faster while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on coordination, follow-up, and process execution
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, especially for operational and junior-level positions
  • Help maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for active and upcoming vacancies
  • Follow up on recruitment steps to ensure speed, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience
  • Update and maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and process documentation
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in organizing interviews, recruitment events, and job fairs
  • Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and updating job descriptions when needed
  • Track basic recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment-related initiatives
  • Handle multiple hiring processes at the same time while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a related role
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate communication
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good command of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic English skills
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, or sourcing platforms is a plus
  • Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment is an advantage
