Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager to lead brand communications and integrated marketing initiatives across Melli Gold.
This role is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, leading brand campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all customer-facing channels. The MarCom Manager will oversee the Campaigns, Social Media, Design, and Copywriting teams and play a key role in shaping how the brand is perceived by customers and the market.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution capabilities and has a proven track record of building impactful brand campaigns and leading creative teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and increase brand awareness through integrated communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define communication priorities and campaign objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, partnerships, and offline channels.
  • Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and communication plans.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Content & Social Media Leadership:

  • Oversee content strategy across all owned and earned media channels.
  • Lead the Social Media team in developing engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, positioning, and communication objectives.
  • Monitor audience engagement and community sentiment to optimize communication efforts.


Creative & Brand Management:

  • Lead the Design and Copywriting teams to deliver high-quality creative assets and communication materials.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Ensure creative consistency across campaigns, content, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external partners.


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Manage and develop the Campaigns, Social Media, Design, and Copywriting teams.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and creative culture.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, CRM, Sales, and Business teams to align communication initiatives with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, production houses, and creative partners.


Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Define and monitor communication and brand performance metrics.
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, brand awareness, and content effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, or Integrated Marketing.
  • Proven experience leading brand campaigns and communication initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, storytelling, and brand strategy.
  • Experience managing creative teams, including design, content, and social media functions.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, consumer technology, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Experience working with both in-house creative teams and external agencies.
  • Experience managing multi-channel brand campaigns at scale.
