About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and execute social media initiatives that strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives across our portfolio of brands.
This role is responsible for managing social media activities end-to-end, ensuring excellence in execution, monitoring performance, generating insights, and continuously improving content and campaign effectiveness through data and audience understanding.
The ideal candidate combines strong platform expertise with execution excellence, ownership, and the ability to transform insights into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute social media activities and campaigns from planning to reporting.
Translate business and brand objectives into actionable social media plans and content directions.
Coordinate with Creative, Content, Brand, Media, CRM, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
Monitor content and campaign performance continuously and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare recurring performance reports and provide clear recommendations based on insights and trends.
Define, track, and improve social media KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Stay informed on platform updates, content trends, audience behavior, and emerging opportunities.
Contribute to improving engagement, reach, and business impact through experimentation and continuous learning.
Maintain high execution quality and ensure initiatives move forward effectively and on schedule.
Take ownership of assigned initiatives and independently drive execution and follow-up.

 
Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content performance, and campaign execution.
Experience managing and optimizing social media activities across multiple platforms.
Ability to analyze data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to execution details.
Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting, and KPI measurement.
Deep understanding of Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and evolving digital trends.
Ability to independently manage initiatives and maintain momentum from planning to final delivery.
