
About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition initiatives and drive efficient growth across digital channels through strong campaign execution, continuous optimization, and performance-led decision making.
This role is responsible for managing performance marketing activities end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, monitoring channel effectiveness, generating actionable insights, and continuously improving acquisition outcomes. The ideal candidate combines analytical capability with execution excellence and can turn campaign data into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital acquisition channels.
Translate business and campaign objectives into channel plans and executable actions.
Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and convert findings into clear recommendations and future action plans.
Prepare and present recurring performance reports and communicate opportunities, risks, and learnings.
Manage channel performance and support efficient budget allocation based on business priorities.
Define, track, and continuously improve acquisition KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Work closely with Brand, Ecommerce, CRM, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure aligned campaign execution.
Support landing and conversion performance improvement through testing and performance insights.
Drive continuous experimentation and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and campaign outcomes.
Take ownership of execution quality and independently move initiatives from planning through reporting and optimization.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and customer acquisition management.
Experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.
Experience in campaign reporting, performance reviews, and translating insights into actions.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize based on business impact.
Familiarity with performance measurement frameworks and digital marketing KPIs.
Experience collaborating effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management and execution capabilities with high attention to detail.
High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivery quality.
Ability to independently manage initiatives and continuously improve performance outcomes.
