About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and versatile Social Media & Content Specialist to bridge the gap between compelling copywriting and data-driven social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Channel Management:
- Build, maintain, and execute a strategic content calendar for Instagram, Telegram, and other primary digital channels aligned with business goals and clear KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities and improve engagement.
- Execute organic growth tactics, including content series, community engagement, collaborative campaigns, and UGC initiatives.
2. Copywriting & Creative Storytelling:
- Write high-converting copy, engaging captions, sharp CTAs, and compelling text for marketing campaigns, social media posts, brochures, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Concept, script, and storyboard engaging visual content (Reels, video concepts, and rich media).
- Act as the guardian of the Brand Voice, ensuring absolute stylistic and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
3. Creative Coordination & Project Management:
- Draft clear, actionable creative briefs for design, motion graphics, and video production teams (including internal talent, freelancers, and agencies).
- Manage influencer, content creator, and media partnerships from end to end, including collaboration briefs, budget tracking, and paid social campaigns.
- Maintain a structured content library and deliver finalized assets to the administration team for timely publishing.
4. Analytics, A/B Testing & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and monitor content performance utilizing platform insights and digital analytics tools.
- Run continuous A/B tests on hooks, captions, and visual formats to optimize audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Translate raw data into actionable recommendations, preparing regular performance reports that highlight key learnings for future strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, and social media management (specifically with a strong track record in Instagram and Telegram).
· Experience in B2B content marketing or a good understanding of B2B audiences, business communication, and value-driven storytelling is a plus.
· Copywriting Mastery: Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice flawlessly across different platforms.
- Analytical Growth Mindset: Proficiency with social media analytics tools and the ability to turn raw metrics into growth strategies.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and coordinating with external creators/agencies simultaneously.
