Utility Executive

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?  

The Utility Executive directs and manages the overall operation of the utility equipment and distribution of utilities (steam, chilled water, natural gas, domestic water, electrical systems, all sewer systems, …), and the maintenance of these systems within all factory-owned properties and the Energy Management Program.
Provide the best environment for employees to maximize their contribution to the achievement of the company objectives.

Accountibilitis :

• Manage all utilities across 3 shifts a day and 7 days a week to meet all requirements of the safety, production, and office works. 
• Ensures that the factory is provided with required utility supplies at the right time and cost, i.e., electricity, water, gas, refrigeration, compressed air, etc.
• Controls the consumption of utilities and takes steps to prevent losses and improve yield.
• Examines the performance yield of the factory utility equipment by analysing breakdown, repair, and overhaul data, taking the necessary measures and proposals for improvement.
• Maintains correct stock levels for Utility spare parts and other items under the control of the technical stores.
• Ensure that safety procedures are understood and strictly followed and all external resources who will be working in the facility activities are well aware and trained about BVT EH&S standards and their activities comply with it.
•  Make sure about having a comprehensive maintenance plan in place for all utility equipment and follow proper execution and 100% compliance to plan.
