Key Responsibilities:

1. Health Economics & Evidence Generation:

• Conduct data collection and analysis for systematic review, meta-analysis and economic evaluation studies.

• Assist in developing pricing models, budget impact, and cost-effectiveness analyses.

2. Reimbursement & Pricing Support:

• Support preparation of pricing and reimbursement submissions to national and regional authorities.

• Monitor payer policies, reimbursement landscapes, and pricing trends.

3. Market Access Strategy Implementation:

• Contribute to national and regional market access plans aligned with Pharma Operation teams.

• Support execution of market access plan.

4. Policy & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Assist in stakeholder mapping (IRFDA, payers, MOH).

• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure consistent market access messaging.

• Contribute to advocacy initiatives with KOLs and patient groups.

• Support payer engagement activities and medical advisory boards.

5. Internal Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure consistent value communication..

• Contribute to internal reporting on access status.

Requirements:

1. PharmD.

2. Knowledge of health economics, healthcare systems, governmental process of pricing and reimbursement.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of HEOR Softwares (Treeage, R, STATA) is a plus.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally and work collaboratively with various governmental organizations.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. 1 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market access.

7. Fluent in English.
