The Shahrzad super app is a comprehensive urban services platform that provides hundreds of thousands of citizens with a wide range of daily services—from payments and e-wallets to booking vehicle technical inspections and online grocery shopping (from municipal markets and Shahrvand stores).

We are looking for a highly experienced, independent, and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join the Shahrzad Product Team. We are seeking an individual who can take full ownership of our quality assurance processes and build a robust QA foundation from scratch, including the implementation of automated testing infrastructures. In this key role, you will work closely with Product Managers, and the tech team to ensure we deliver a flawless and stable experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the QA process for both the Shahrzad mobile applications and web panels.
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed and structured Test Plans, test scenarios, and Test Cases from the ground up.
• Implement and scale Automated Testing while conducting essential manual tests (including Functional, Regression, UI/UX, and Exploratory testing).
• Perform comprehensive API and backend service testing to ensure the accuracy of the system's business logic.
• Identify, clearly document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) through to complete resolution.
• Collaborate continuously with the Product Team to gain a deep understanding of product requirements, business logic, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Establish, document, and institutionalize quality control standards within the tech team's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements & Essential Skills:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer in scalable software projects (experience with super apps, large-scale B2C products, E-commerce, or FinTech is a significant advantage).
• Proficiency in Test Automation tools and frameworks for both mobile and web (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools).
• Strong command of fundamental software testing concepts, methodologies, and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience and expertise in API testing (using Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to write clear, precise, and to-the-point test scenarios and bug reports.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
