Job Description

:About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Commercial to lead the growth of our jewelry gold marketplace. This role will be responsible for acquiring and managing jewelry retailers and gold merchants, driving marketplace growth, increasing GMV and revenue, and building a high-performing commercial team

:Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy
  •  Acquire and onboard jewelry retailers, gold merchants, and brands
  •  Build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Own commercial KPIs including GMV, revenue, merchant growth, and retention
  • Lead, hire, and develop the commercial team
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale the marketplace

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Marketplace roles.
  •  Proven track record in partner acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, luxury retail, jewelry, or related industries is a plus.
  • Data-driven, hands-on, and growth-oriented mindset.
