Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Design and manage quarterly, biannual, and annual social media roadmaps.
  • Define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Develop content pillars and content frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Prioritize social media channels based on brand and business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support brand development initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Conduct comprehensive Social Media Audits across all brands.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and industry insights.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns.
  • Develop and manage engagement campaigns.
  • Design and implement lead generation and sales-driven campaigns.
  • Create and execute targeted follower growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and SEO teams to ensure alignment across marketing activities.

Content Management

  • Develop and oversee social media content calendars.
  • Prepare creative briefs for design teams.
  • Provide content briefs and direction to content creation teams.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of published content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.

Community Management

  • Design and optimize customer engagement and response processes.
  • Manage audience interactions and online communities.
  • Identify customer needs, feedback, and emerging concerns.
  • Develop initiatives to increase engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Social Media Manager, Social Media Lead, or Digital Marketing Manager role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies for B2B, B2C, or E-commerce brands.
  • Experience managing multiple brands and social media channels simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing Brand Awareness, Engagement, Lead Generation, and Sales campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience creating executive-level reports and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to develop quarterly, biannual, and annual strategic roadmaps.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
