We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Business Performance Management Specialist to drive commercial performance, partner negotiations, and product growth initiatives. The right candidate combines strong financial discipline with commercial instinct — someone who can own budgeting and planning, negotiate directly with partners, and contribute to product growth strategy, all while communicating effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for relevant business units, including variance analysis against actuals.
- Lead or support commercial negotiations with partner agencies, suppliers, and other external stakeholders (e.g., commission structures, payment terms, contractual conditions).
- Monitor and analyze key business indicators to evaluate company and partner performance, identifying risks and opportunities early.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to align on goals and execute initiatives.
- Contribute to product growth efforts — identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and other key product metrics, and working with product teams to test and implement growth initiatives.
- Apply foundational marketing knowledge to support campaign evaluation, channel performance discussions, and go-to-market planning.
- Prepare clear, well-structured reports and presentation decks (PowerPoint/slides) for management and stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Support strategic and operational planning, including identifying cost optimization and efficiency opportunities.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to provide benchmarking insights.
- Participate in defining and tracking KPIs aligned with company strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, commercial/partnership roles, or growth-related functions.
- Demonstrated experience preparing budgets/forecasts and conducting variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs, particularly in designing or building AI agents and workflow automations. Experience using Claude is considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable negotiating with external partners and communicating across multiple internal teams.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles (channels, campaigns, acquisition metrics) is a plus.
- Interest in or exposure to product growth concepts (funnels, retention, A/B testing) is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
