We are looking for a C&B Specialist to join our HR team in a Tehran-based telecom company and support compensation and benefits-related processes, attendance calculation, employee loan facilities, and related administrative activities.

This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented and organized. The ideal candidate should also have a human-centric mindset and communicate professionally with employees.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in mid-sized companies
• Relevant educational background
• Familiarity with labor law and employment contracts
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Rahkaran system
• English literacy, especially in reading and writing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
