Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who goes beyond simply running campaigns. We want someone who understands business goals, takes ownership of outcomes, and leverages AI as a core part of the modern marketing process.
The ideal candidate believes that marketing today is no longer about manually managing every channel and asset, but about effectively combining strategy, data, and AI tools to plan, create, automate, and scale high-performing campaigns. We are looking for someone who can blend creative thinking with a strong performance- and data-driven mindset, and who is comfortable owning the full funnel from content strategy to measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital, social, and performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage content plans and editorial calendars across channels (social, web, email, paid).
- Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (e.g. Yektanet, GAds) against clear KPIs and ROI targets.
- Leverage AI tools extensively across the marketing workflow to improve content creation, productivity, targeting, and speed.
- Design and automate marketing flows and funnels (lead nurturing, drip campaigns, retargeting, lifecycle messaging).
- Translate business goals into practical, measurable marketing initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance, and continuously optimize based on data.
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and content stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth roles
- Significant professional experience in digital, social, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns and hitting measurable KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention).
- Strong expertise in social media marketing and content strategy across major platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools throughout the marketing process (content, copy, creative, analytics).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and building automated flows.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with analytics tools (e.g. GA4, ad platform dashboards).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. n8n).
- Experience with SEO, conversion rate optimization, and growth experimentation.
- Basic design or video editing skills, or experience directing creative with AI tools.
- Experience leading marketing initiatives or mentoring junior marketers.
