About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Trading Manager to lead and optimize the commercial performance of our online business and drive sustainable growth across digital channels.
This role is responsible for translating business priorities into commercial actions by managing campaign execution, product visibility, category performance, pricing direction, and onsite commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial thinking with analytical capability and can turn customer behavior and business insights into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities

Own and manage ecommerce commercial performance across categories and digital touchpoints.
Build and execute trading plans aligned with business objectives, commercial priorities, and seasonal opportunities.
Plan and coordinate commercial calendars including campaigns, launches, promotional periods, and key business moments.
Monitor and improve key ecommerce metrics including revenue, conversion, average order value, sell-through, and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, CRM, Merchandising, Product, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure integrated execution.
Identify growth opportunities through customer behavior analysis, product performance, and onsite optimization.
Evaluate category performance and recommend commercial actions to improve business outcomes.
Support pricing and promotional decisions through performance analysis and business insights.
Monitor stock movement and support healthy inventory rotation while balancing commercial performance.
Prepare regular business reviews and translate findings into actionable plans.
Drive continuous optimization through testing, learning, and execution excellence.
Requirements

Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and digital commerce management.
Experience managing commercial activities, campaign planning, category performance, or ecommerce growth initiatives.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into business decisions.
Understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and commercial levers.
Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact and business objectives.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, retail, operations, and analytics teams.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive initiatives.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
High attention to detail with a strong execution and business mindset.
