

Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & SEO) – Remote

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about generating high-quality leads while maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities
Meta Ads
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Google Ads
Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize bidding strategies, Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates.
Track and analyze conversions using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
LinkedIn Ads
Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Build and refine audience targeting based on job titles, industries, company size, and professional demographics.
Optimize campaign performance to generate high-quality B2B leads.
Analyze campaign metrics and recommend improvements.
SEO
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies.
Optimize website content, metadata, and technical SEO.
Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized content.
Monitor SEO performance and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, medical education, aesthetics, or online education.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with landing page optimization.
