We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to building a strong, people-centered workplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, performance processes, employer branding, and people management initiatives.
This role requires someone who can work closely with employees and managers, support HR processes with accuracy and consistency, and help strengthen the company’s culture and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to engagement, performance follow-up, development, and exit processes.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations matters, team concerns, performance issues, and people-related challenges in a professional and confidential manner.
- Contribute to people management practices by supporting managers in communication, feedback, employee development, team engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and execute employer branding activities to strengthen the company’s image as an attractive workplace, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the marketing or content team to create employer branding content, including employee stories, workplace culture posts, recruitment campaigns, and internal communication materials.
- Support recruitment activities when needed, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience improvement.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth, clear, and positive start in the organization.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting follow-ups, probation reviews, performance review coordination, and feedback collection.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, surveys, culture activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company culture and legal requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention, onboarding satisfaction, engagement, absenteeism, and employee feedback trends.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance in all HR-related matters.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, People Operations, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement, or culture-building initiatives.
- Good understanding of people management practices, employee experience, and manager support.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
- High level of confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and professional judgment.
- Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of [local language] is a plus.

- Experience in a fast-growing, startup, technology, fintech, or service-based company.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product.
Ability to create HR reports, analyze employee feedback, and propose practical improvement plans.
Experience in designing onboarding journeys, engagement surveys, employer branding campaigns, or internal culture programs.
