Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our Q-Commerce platform. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Job Description

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Gather customer insights through research, data analysis, and experimentation
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams
• Manage the product backlog and ensure high-quality product delivery using Agile methodologies
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, driving continuous improvement
• Optimize key Q-Commerce journeys, including search, checkout, fulfillment, delivery, and post-purchase experience
• Improve customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency
• Mentor junior Product Managers and promote product management best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
• 5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
• Experience in Agile product development and cross-functional team leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, A/B testing, and product analytics
• Familiarity with Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Marketplace, Food Delivery, Logistics, or Retail Technology is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first and data-driven mindset
