Junior Graphic Design Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collect design requests from internal teams.
• Review design briefs and ensure all required materials and assets are provided.
• Create, organize, and manage design tasks in project management tools.
• Coordinate with the graphic design team and follow up on tasks until delivery.
• Monitor task progress and update statuses throughout the workflow.
• Upload and deliver final design assets through internal platforms and back-office systems.
• Track revisions and return tasks for updates when required.
• Document and help improve design workflows and operational processes.
• Support the adoption and use of AI tools related to design and content production.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and learning abilities.
