Job Description

Join SnappShop’s dynamic and fast-growing Growth & Strategy team, a performance-driven environment built on hard work, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As Business Performance Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of the company’s commercial engine—designing the business plan, translating it into KPIs and targets across every function, and managing the company’s P&L. Working in close partnership with the heads of functions, you’ll diagnose performance gaps, break problems down into their input metrics, drive out inefficiencies by deep-diving into the root cause, and steer the company’s program toward its targets. Your work will directly shape how SnappShop grows, prices, and performs. 

Duties:

  • Designing the Business Plan: Build the company’s business plan and translate it into clear KPIs and targets for every business function.
  • Managing the P&L: Own the company’s P&L, balancing the pricing and recoveries of the e-commerce business to protect and grow profitability.
  • Driving Performance & Problem-Solving: Solve performance problems together with the heads of functions, break each problem down into its input metrics, and uncover inefficiencies by deep-diving into the root cause.
  • Managing the Program & Setting Direction: Manage the company’s program and give clear, target-based direction to each function, ensuring every team moves in line with the business plan and the set targets. 


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business performance, strategy, management consulting, business development, or a related analytical role. 
  • Strong command of P&L management and unit economics, ideally within e-commerce or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven track record in executing data-driven plans and achieving performance goals. Proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven program and project management experience, managing multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.

  • Strong analytical and structured-thinking mindset, with the ability to break problems down into input metrics and translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Solid grasp of financial and commercial drivers (P&L, pricing, recoveries, and unit economics in an e-commerce context)
  • High adaptability and excellent problem-solving skills, addressing challenges with a creative, root-cause-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align the heads of functions.
  • Outstanding program and project management skills, with sharp attention to detail, the ability to manage time efficiently, and demonstrate high dedication and ownership.
  • A team mindset, capable of collaborating effectively and contributing to the success of the whole organization.
