Extreme Walls is looking for a senior, analytical, and systems-oriented professional to join its Human Resources team.
This role is not limited to executing existing HR processes. We are looking for someone who can help build and strengthen HR infrastructure, turn scattered information into meaningful insights, design practical processes, and create structured tools and reports that support better management decisions.
The first major priority of this role will be supporting the design and implementation of a performance management system across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Organization Development and HR systems.
- Develop the first version of the company’s performance management framework, including KPIs, OKRs, evaluation forms, workflows, and management reports.
- Analyze HR data and extract actionable insights for managers and decision-makers.
- Design and maintain HR databases, analytical files, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Document and standardize HR processes, policies, procedures, templates, and guidelines.
- Collaborate on organizational development projects such as job classification, organizational structure, job descriptions, and role design.
- Prepare structured analytical reports on HR indicators, workforce trends, and organizational performance.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across HR operations.
- Use AI tools effectively for data analysis, report generation, documentation, database creation, and process improvement.
- Work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to translate organizational needs into practical HR solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, HR Development, Performance Management, HR Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, numbers, and structured information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard tools is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of performance management systems, KPIs, OKRs, and employee evaluation processes.
- Ability to design workflows, process maps, policies, procedures, and professional documentation.
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into structured and actionable solutions.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, especially for management-level audiences.
- Practical and confident use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, process design, documentation, and database development.
- High ownership, follow-through, accuracy, and ability to manage projects from concept to implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MBA, Organizational Management, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in growing, fast-paced, or multi-department organizations.
- Experience in HR dashboards, workforce analytics, job classification, or organizational design projects.
- Ability to go beyond reporting numbers and provide meaningful recommendations based on data.
- Experience working with HR systems, process automation, or digital HR tools.
