About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial and operational reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will play a key role in improving reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing meaningful insights that help drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and distribute accurate financial and operational reports on a regular basis, ensuring consistency and data integrity across all reporting outputs.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, presenting clear and actionable insights into the company's financial and operational performance.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of reporting data by validating information from multiple sources.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency, automation, and reporting quality.
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and present meaningful insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms is considered a plus.
