Digiexpress is looking for a Growth Specialist to join the Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, manage lead generation initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage customer acquisition, lead generation, and growth marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Develop campaign strategies, objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on data and business outcomes.
- Analyze campaign results, conversion funnels, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support media planning, media buying, and campaign operations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking studies to identify trends and best practices.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects to support growth initiatives.
- Develop research tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides.
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
- Contribute to marketing content development, campaign messaging, and communication materials.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, conversion funnels, and campaign analytics.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in both Persian and English.
