Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Graphic Designer with strong English communication skills to join our team, French language skills are considered a strong advantage. In this role, you will support customers, review artwork files, prepare simple design modifications, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the order process.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Familiarity with print design concepts such as bleed, resolution, CMYK, and file preparation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is an advantage.
Previous experience in graphic design, customer support, or printing industry is preferred.
 
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through email, phone calls, and online chat.
Answer customer questions regarding products, artwork, and orders.
Review customer files for print requirements, including size, bleed, resolution, and formatting.
Prepare design edits and modifications when necessary.
Send proofs and design approvals to customers.
Assist customers in using website tools and services.
Coordinate with sales, prepress, and production teams.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely responses.
