About the Role:
We are looking for a highly data -driven and motivated Sales Director to join our ambitious and fast-growing Business Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing SnappFood’s sales strategy, driving sustainable, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales organizations across multiple regions and business segments. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on one of SnappFood’s key growth engines by leading commercial initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and driving operational excellence throughout the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with SnappFood’s growth objectives and business priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and sales leadership teams to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, performance frameworks, and operating models to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage key sales KPIs,acquisition, retention, and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic negotiations and strengthen relationships with key partners and high-value merchants.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Strategy teams to drive business objectives and customer value.
- Build and execute talent strategies, including hiring, succession planning, capability development, and leadership coaching.
- Provide data-driven insights, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Sales Leadership, Commercial Management, and Business Development.
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth models.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling large sales organizations and commercial teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent business and financial acumen with a solid understanding of profitability and commercial metrics.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic planning, execution, and change management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
