Sales Analytics & Planning Manager (Business Development)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and data-driven Planning Manager to join our ambitious and fast-growing Strategy & Planning team. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Analysts responsible for supporting different business functions through planning, performance analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in driving business growth by transforming data into actionable insights, developing pricing and business strategies, enabling AI-powered analytics, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts supporting multiple business functions across the organization.
• Define planning frameworks, analytical methodologies, and performance management processes to support business objectives.
• Ensure high-quality business analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across all functional areas.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by translating complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define business priorities, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational performance.
• Lead pricing analysis and support the development of pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer value.
• Design and monitor business KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reporting to enable effective business reviews.
• Promote data visualization best practices and ensure scalable dashboard solutions for business stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered analytics, automation, and advanced analytical solutions to improve planning efficiency and business intelligence capabilities.
• Ensure Business Analysts leverage SQL, BI tools, and analytical techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret business data effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to align planning activities with organizational goals.
• Develop forecasting models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Continuously improve planning processes, analytical capabilities, and reporting standards across the organization.
• Build a high-performance analytical team through hiring, coaching, capability development, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Business Planning, Business Analysis, and Strategic Management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strong business mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms).
• Experience with data modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and business performance management.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and executive reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional business environments.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
