About the Role
Vibe is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team and create high‑quality visual assets across campaigns, social media, merchant co‑marketing, POSM, print materials, presentations, and digital advertising.
The ideal candidate can translate marketing briefs and creative direction into clear, professional, and execution‑ready visuals. This role reports to the Art Director and collaborates closely with the Marcom, Social Media, Marketing Operations, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and merchant co‑marketing initiatives.
- Create social media content (posts, stories, reels covers, carousels) and digital advertising banners.
- Design and prepare POSM and print materials such as posters, stands, stickers, and retail marketing assets.
- Adapt campaign visuals for different formats, channels, and placements.
- Execute creative directions provided by the Art Director with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and brand outputs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Marcom, Social Media, and Commercial teams to turn campaign messages into clear visual communication.
- Prepare final assets for both digital publishing and print production.
- Organize design files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient workflows.
- Use AI-powered tools for ideation, visual exploration, image generation, resizing, and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, advertising design, social media design, or campaign design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, social media assets, and print materials.
- Experience working with marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and creative briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience preparing files for print production is highly preferred.
- Experience in startups, fintech, retail, or advertising agencies is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Figma.
- Familiarity with InDesign and print production workflows is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Persian typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for social media, digital advertising, print, and retail materials.
- Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Ideogram, or similar tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing POSM or retail marketing materials.
- Experience with motion graphics or short-form video assets.
- Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, or template-based workflows.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign formats.
