  1. Lead End-to-End Revenue & Growth Strategy:
    Define and execute the company’s integrated growth and revenue strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
    Own the full revenue engine across Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention.
    Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact growth levers.
  2. Scale and Optimize Revenue Channels:
    Expand and grow online revenue share across web and mobile app.
    Develop channel expansion strategies across priority markets.
    Optimize channel mix based on CAC, LTV, and ROI performance.
  3. Own Growth Funnel Performance:
    Analyze and optimize the full customer funnel from traffic to repeat purchase.
    Identify conversion bottlenecks and deploy scalable improvement initiatives.
    Drive measurable uplift in CVR across digital touchpoints.
  4. Lead Demand Generation & Performance Marketing:
    Oversee performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation strategies.
    Manage and optimize marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
    Ensure brand and performance initiatives are revenue-aligned.
  5. Align Sales & Customer Experience with Revenue Goals:
    Integrate sales and support KPIs into revenue performance frameworks.
    Improve lead management efficiency and sales conversion rates.
    Design and implement revenue-driven incentive structures.
  6. Drive Retention & Customer Value Growth:
    Develop retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase strategies.
    Increase LTV, purchase frequency, and customer profitability.
    Lead upsell and cross-sell revenue programs.
  7. Establish Data-Driven Growth Infrastructure:
    Define North Star Metrics and executive growth dashboards.
    Build experimentation frameworks and A/B testing pipelines.
    Institutionalize data-informed decision-making.
  8. Build and Lead High-Impact Growth Teams:
    Lead and scale Growth, Marketing, CRM, and Revenue Operations teams.
    Hire, mentor, and performance-manage functional leaders.
    Design a scalable org structure to support future growth.
