At Bime Bazar (Neo Department), we're building the next generation of insurance. As a Senior Business Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping leadership make better business decisions through financial analysis, strategic planning, and performance management.

You'll work across commercial, underwriting, claims, operations, and finance to transform data into actionable insights, maintain financial models, develop executive dashboards, and support strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and wants to influence the direction of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and long-term business plans.
• Perform monthly budget, forecast, and variance analysis.
• Build financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses.

Business Performance Management

• Develop and monitor business and financial KPIs.
• Build executive dashboards and performance reports.
• Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Board materials.
• Monitor business performance and identify key insights and risks.

Business Analytics & Strategy

• Analyze business performance across products, channels, and partnerships.
• Support strategic planning and business case development.
• Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Commercial, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and Treasury teams.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Improve reporting processes and decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in startups, fintech, insurtech, or financial services is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
• Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
