Saadat Rent is looking for an experienced Team Lead Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable, modern web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for technical direction, software architecture, mentoring engineers, and actively contributing to product development.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team while promoting engineering best practices.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture.
Plan development tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Data teams to define priorities and deliver impactful features.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend applications.
Make technical decisions and balance trade-offs between delivery speed, scalability, reliability, and technical debt.
Support engineers with task breakdown, estimation, implementation strategy, and technical guidance.
Monitor application performance, analyze production issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and build AI-powered product features.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of Git, REST APIs, and API design.
Experience with Docker and modern development workflows.
Experience designing and developing professional admin panels.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools.
Familiarity with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Search.
Experience integrating AI models and third-party AI services through APIs.
Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and technical documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
Experience building AI Assistants, Chatbots, or AI Agents.
Experience developing SaaS products and enterprise-grade admin platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and Microservices architecture.
