Job Description

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing and supporting core HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR issues and supports the effective execution of HR processes within the organization, with the aim of improving the employee experience and aligning HR activities with business needs.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and executing employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, while ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of personnel information in HR systems.
  • Coordinating and supporting the recruitment and hiring process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, interacting with hiring managers, and creating a positive experience for candidates.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and requests in the HR domain, handling initial employee issues and challenges, and providing solutions or escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collaborating with managers in handling employee-related issues, including conflicts and behavioral matters, and promoting employee engagement and participation in the workplace.
  • Supporting the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, periodic evaluations, tracking the completion of appraisals, and collaborating with managers in implementing performance improvement plans, as well as holding PIP meetings and disciplinary committees to improve performance and work discipline if needed.
  • Identifying employee training needs in collaboration with managers, coordinating training programs, and tracking the implementation of developmental plans.
  • Supervising the proper execution of HR policies, guidelines, and processes, and ensuring activities comply with labor laws and organizational regulations, including following up on contract renewals.
  • Preparing and presenting HR reports and analytics, including metrics such as recruitment, workforce structure, turnover rate, and other relevant data to support managerial decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of recruitment and selection processes
  • Skill in conducting competency-based interviews
  • Familiarity with Employee Experience concepts
  • Familiarity with methods of gathering employee feedback (Stay Interviews, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze HR data and recruitment metrics
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding principles
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Cando
