Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development and evolution of a complex enterprise ERP platform. You will work in a cross-functional Business Line alongside Product, QA, DevOps, Backend Engineers, and other Frontend Developers. The role requires strong React and Next.js expertise, experience building secure and scalable enterprise applications across desktop, tablet, mobile, and PWA experiences, and the ability to translate complex business workflows into clear, usable, and maintainable user interfaces. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices.
Build scalable back-office, dashboard, workflow, approval, reporting, and data-heavy interfaces.
Develop responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, including Progressive Web Applications where required.
Work with Material UI, Ant Design, or similar enterprise UI component libraries.
Integrate frontend applications securely with backend APIs and Keycloak-based authentication and authorization.
Implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, secure route protection, session handling, and role-aware user interfaces.
Build real-time user experiences using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or similar mechanisms for live dashboards, notifications, workflow updates, tracking, task status, and operational monitoring.
Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams on API contracts, real-time interaction patterns, workflow behavior, error handling, release readiness, and production issue analysis.
Build reliable forms, data tables, filters, pagination, search, bulk actions, file uploads, task management, and approval interfaces.
Ensure frontend quality through testing, code review, accessibility, performance optimization, observability, and automated quality gates.
Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers and contribute to frontend engineering standards.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience building enterprise admin panels, ERP systems, dashboards, workflow-heavy applications, or data-intensive interfaces.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, reusable UI patterns, state management, routing, forms, and API integration.
Practical experience with Material UI, Ant Design, or similar component libraries.
Strong experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-device UI implementation.
Practical experience with PWA concepts, including service workers, caching, installability, offline or poor-network considerations, and responsive behavior.
Experience with real-time frontend patterns, including WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, live data synchronization, reconnection handling, connection lifecycle management, and resilient UI updates.
Experience designing secure frontend applications using OWASP principles, Secure by Design, Secure Coding, input validation, XSS prevention, CSRF considerations, and safe error handling.
Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and Keycloak-based authentication and authorization integration.
Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, loading states, retries, error states, and resilient UI behavior.
Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, code review, and production troubleshooting.
Good understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, browser debugging, and responsive UI behavior.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English.
Preferred Skills
Experience with logistics, shipping, finance, billing, pricing, workflow, ERP, or other complex enterprise domains.
Experience with design systems, Storybook, component documentation, and UI governance.
Experience with frontend observability, client-side telemetry, error monitoring, performance monitoring, and analytics.
Experience designing role-based mobile or PWA experiences for operational users, field teams, approvals, task management, tracking, or exception handling.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly for UI implementation, testing, debugging, code review, and documentation.
What We Expect
You understand business workflows before designing interfaces.
You do not treat frontend work as only implementing screens.
You care about usability, consistency, security, performance, accessibility, testability, and maintainability.
You identify UX gaps, frontend risks, unclear requirements, real-time synchronization concerns, and edge cases early.
You help build a consistent and scalable frontend foundation rather than isolated page-level solutions.
