We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join a growing ecosystem where technology, commerce, and innovation come together. You will design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for blupay’s products, dashboards, and platforms. This role focuses on creating seamless, accessible, and visually consistent experiences across web and mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery and research to final UI
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design and maintain design systems and UI components
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, usability standards, and accessibility best practices
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and technical constraints
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and responsive design
- Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience designing fintech, ecommerce, or complex transactional systems
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints
