Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (.NET) to join our engineering team and build scalable, high-performance backend services for a high-traffic platform. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize distributed systems while collaborating closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases and improve application performance
• Implement caching strategies using Redis and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed backend services
• Monitor system health, analyze logs, and troubleshoot production issues using ELK Stack or similar tools
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software
• Contribute to system scalability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with C# and ASP.NET Core
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core (or Dapper), and RESTful API development
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common Design Patterns
• Experience with Git and unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit
• Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ (or similar message brokers), and logging/monitoring tools is preferred
• Familiarity with Microservices, Clean Architecture, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment
