About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and customer-centric ECRM Specialist to join our ECRM team. In this role, you'll design, execute, analyze, and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple channels to improve customer engagement, activation, retention, and conversion throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities
Design and execute automated customer journeys across different lifecycle stages.
Create and optimize campaigns through SMS, Push Notifications, In-App, and other communication channels.
Segment users based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs.
Conduct A/B tests and document test results.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in ECRM, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (WebEngage, Intrack, Zebline, etc.).
Strong interest in customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar analytics platforms.
Experience working with fintech, lending, banking, or e-commerce products.
