About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior RAN Optimization Engineer to join us.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving Radio Access Network performance, analyzing network KPIs, troubleshooting complex radio issues, and delivering continuous optimization across 2G, 3G, and LTE networks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure superior network quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Optimize the performance of GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks.
Analyze RAN KPIs to identify performance degradation and improvement opportunities.
Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for accessibility, retainability, mobility, integrity, and availability issues.
Conduct coverage, capacity, and interference optimization activities.
Optimize handover performance, mobility parameters, neighbor relations, load balancing, and traffic distribution.
Analyze Drive Test and crowdsourced performance data to improve user experience.
Plan and optimize PCI, ANR, Carrier Aggregation, VoLTE, ENDC, and other advanced radio features.
Support new site integration, swap, modernization, and network expansion projects.
Work closely with Transmission, Core, Field Operations, NOC, and Customer Experience teams.
Develop optimization reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Ensure network performance meets agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
Recommend innovative optimization strategies based on network analytics and industry best practices.
