Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Arrange subcontractors and follow related issues.
• Cooperate with all other teams to gather data and prepare accurate reports.
• Gain full awareness of assigned project status, progress, plans, and support needs.
• Prepare progress reports for both the customer and the company.
• Assist in identifying and preparing needed PM and reporting tools.
• Ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks.
• Request and collect all necessary data to fulfill activities.
• Distribute relevant and up-to-date technical information and follow up with related teams to ensure fast recovery of down sites/cells.
• Follow up on Trouble Ticket resolution.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with the telecom industry, MTNI process, Smart & AMP tools, and CR raising.
• Ability to arrange the team on site and communicate effectively with the customer.
• Good public relations.
• Teamwork spirit.
