Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain information security compliance programs aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and support internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to implement and monitor security controls.
- Track compliance status, audit findings, and remediation activities.
- Stay up to date with emerging security regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5–8 years of experience in information security compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and SOC 2.
- Understanding of risk management, security governance, and audit processes.
- Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
