We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Marketplace team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end coordination of strategic business initiatives, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to transform business needs into executable projects, drive cross-functional alignment, monitor project execution, and ensure successful delivery with measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Lead cross-functional business projects from ideation to go-live.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs.
Track project progress and proactively remove execution blockers.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Monitor project KPIs after launch and identify optimization opportunities.
Business Analysis
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, scope documents, and Definition of Done (DoD).
Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements.
Define business workflows and operational procedures.
Product Operations
Support product rollout planning and pilot executions.
Coordinate UAT and business validation before release.
Monitor post-launch performance and ensure business readiness.
Work closely with stakeholders to improve vendor and customer experience.
Data & Reporting
Analyze business performance using SQL, Excel, BI dashboards, and internal reports.
Define KPIs and success metrics for projects.
Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
Monitor dashboards and identify trends, issues, and business opportunities.
Market & Business Development
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
Identify new business opportunities and monetization initiatives.
Support business case preparation and feasibility analysis.
Participate in strategic planning for new products and services.
