Marketing Specialist

• Identify, develop, and implement marketing campaigns and strategies based on knowledge of vision and objectives, market characteristics and trends, target markets, cost/margin factors, demographics, and pricing schedules; analyze data on competitors and other relevant information.
• Prepare an effective sales forecast and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare an annual, cost-effective marketing/tactical plan and budget.
• Formulate and implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Produce marketing reports for sales and marketing managers.
• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with key business partners.
• Cooperate with the business development unit to identify, evaluate, and select key products for the company portfolio/plan, and manage selected product launch activities.

Requirements

• Teamwork skills.
• At least 2 years of professional working experience as a marketing expert in a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Fluent in MS Office and CRM.
• Budget-management skills.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the strategic product lifecycle and portfolio plan.
