Develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned OTC products in line with the company’s business strategy and brand objectives.
Collect, analyze, and interpret market, competitor, consumer, pharmacy, and sales data to support long-term product and marketing strategies.
Define product positioning, key messages, target segments, and communication priorities for physicians, pharmacies, sales teams, distributors, and consumers.
Coordinate with advertising agencies and external partners to develop marketing materials, campaigns, POS materials, digital assets, and promotional tools.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
Collaborate with the Medical team to develop accurate, compliant, and scientifically sound content for healthcare professionals, pharmacy teams, sales representatives, and consumers.
Plan and support product training sessions for sales teams, distribution teams, pharmacy teams, and relevant internal stakeholders.
Monitor product performance, campaign effectiveness, market share, sales trends, and customer feedback on a continuous basis.
Prepare product-related documentation, business cases, project reports, market analysis, and supporting materials for management decision-making.
Evaluate marketing projects and ensure that initiatives are reviewed, measured, and optimized during and after execution.
Build awareness and shape the desired brand image among physicians, pharmacies, consumers, and other key stakeholders.
Design and execute marketing campaigns that increase synergy between sales and marketing activities.
Gather feedback from customers, users, sales teams, pharmacies, and market stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure that product plans and marketing activities are aligned with business goals, brand strategy, compliance requirements, and expected quality standards.
Act as a key communication bridge between Marketing, Sales, Medical, Distribution, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners.
Manage stakeholder expectations and clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, and action plans across teams.
